Recipe, for Chickpeas Curry (in progress)
With 1 tablespoon of butter
Two 8oz cans of chickpeas
1 tablespoon of Garam Masala,
1 teaspoon of Tandoori Masala
1 small onion (yellow)
1 half a teaspoon of salt
1 tomato
Cook for 10 minutes, Stir occasionally, Then add 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Yogurt.
Have with 5 minute couscous, lettuce, and tomato.
Or whatever you prefer.
