Hi everyone.
Sparkly Life Health Coaching, Inc. began in 2013 as a consulting effort while I was in graduate school (August 2012 to December 2018). After I graduated with my Ph.D. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy, I completed a health coaching certificate. My dissertation topic is very relevant as I presented on the topic of Health Literacy and Health Seeking Behavior of Parents of Young Children. Since then, I have intermittently participated in coursework for counseling and social work with online study. I am happy to continue adjunct teaching, and health and education research work as well. I am continuing to build my practice through collaborations with excellent providers that have a variety of expertise in supporting individuals and families.
