Hi everyone! all of last week I started to make some improvements with keeping bottled water and packing a lunch, today however, I forgot to do that, and I have less good energy than I did last week. It's a noticeable difference unless I stay hydrated most likely because of how much salt is on, okay, a value packet of french fries. Also, I only had soup yesterday because I was feeling run down, but the salad and chicken helped earlier in the day, so I'm trying different things, now that I am venturing into the kitchen sometimes again instead of food on the go! So I think I'm going to rest and then finish my homework tomorrow morning for guiding some classes later in the evening.
