feeling overwhelmed with house organizing and decluttering, then, minutes later, I felt less stressed with my cup of coffee!
I've been hibernating for 15 days since the end of December until today.
I'm making beauty appointments and this is essential because my residence is filled
with boxes due to renovations happening and I'm escaping to destress.
What are your New Year's goals? I stretched this morning because I didn't make it to the gym yet. Also I hope you have a lovely day, however you decide to spend your time, because motivation for an active lifestyle is just as important as self care and rest! Last but not least, I am cleaning up old baggage with counseling appointments this week as well and am hoping to set some healthy boundaries to look forward to a healthier lifestyle.

I went for 5 days of neighborhood walks last week for 30 minutes each and with
being mindful about nutritious snacks, think I may have a lost a pound or so.
If I can get down 5 pounds or so in the next 5 weeks, that seems manageable
although I did also discover a delicious bagel place! Am trying to be careful,Lol.
Will try to do the same this week however am going to try to do some exercises
at home on Tuesday and Thursday for strength training also.
Was nice to have good weather! Many people were outside also, some with
their families and others with their dogs, etc., lawn decorations for autumn festivities
were festive and fun also!

Sometimes change takes time, and the pre planning process, the mustering of motivation, the outfits needed for the given task, the talking yourself into and out of various scenarios obviously takes time. However, if you have a desire for a behavior change and that contributes to your happiness and quality of life, why not start the effort as soon as possible?
My Goal, a healthier weight!
I will walk for 30 minutes, 5 times a week,
I will choose nutritious snacks instead of junk food 5 times a week,
I will work on strength training for 30 minutes, 2 times a week,
I would like to share with you that I can accomplish these efforts
for three months! That is 12 weeks of updates.

Baked goods! does anyone have good recipes? I think you can substitute apple sauce for some of the oil and you can sometimes add some regular chocolate on the side! Hope you have a lovely day!
