Sometimes change takes time, and the pre planning process, the mustering of motivation, the outfits needed for the given task, the talking yourself into and out of various scenarios obviously takes time. However, if you have a desire for a behavior change and that contributes to your happiness and quality of life, why not start the effort as soon as possible?
My Goal, a healthier weight!
I will walk for 30 minutes, 5 times a week,
I will choose nutritious snacks instead of junk food 5 times a week,
I will work on strength training for 30 minutes, 2 times a week,
I would like to share with you that I can accomplish these efforts
for three months! That is 12 weeks of updates.
