Water is nourishment for our body. We should try to drink half our body weight in fluid ounces of water. Therefore, for example, a 150 pound individual, should try to drink 75 ounces of water. If a cup is equal to 8 ounces, then that is almost 10 cups of water! Sometimes just replacing sugary beverages with water is a good start and some water is better than nothing.
