Hi everyone, I am taking another two weeks to get organized with all my work, health, and activity plans... I have now invested in a daily planner from At-a-glance which totally works with my twelve hours days! I realized my life was like this last Fall, and am thankful to have a place to write down notes before I go to sleep or when I first wake up that I can place a check mark next to when completed. The result is a feeling of accomplishment that motivates me to keep going...and yet find time to take rest or time for lesiure as well...That said, I recommend signing up for activities that are feasible to keep up with, once you find spaces of time to allot to the priorities of your life!
For me this includes, starting to cook more, walking, talking, reading, working, and etc.
