I have started a walking routine and strength training that I wanted to share with you.
1) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday,
Three days a week, 20 minutes of gym treadmill and 10 minutes of strength training.
2) Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
Three days days a week, 10 minutes of gym treadmill and 20 minutes of strength training.
A good article for walking recommends 150 minutes of moderate activity.
150 minutes of walking equals approximately 30 minutes a day, for 5 days a week.
