Hi everyone, I am trying to decide if I'm going have less coffee daily and incorporate more
water, green tea, regular tea, etc., however, I love my coffee, especially it's a must have first thing in the morning. I have noticed however, how important staying hydrated is and have resumed carrying around water bottle like I used to, only to discover that I wasn't having as much as I used to. So more fruits, veggies and water, tea for the week is my plan, and then I'll let you know if anything good happens. Don't worry, I'll still keep one cup of coffee for the morning!
