Hi everyone, I used to enjoy cooking more elaborately, however, this is a good return to the effort of cooking at home, very simplified. I poured some penne pasta into a can of cream of mushroom soup. While that was cooking for 7 to 10 minutes on the stove top, I had carrots with hummus and some cheese crackers, with a quarter glass of red wine. Very yummy. Hope you had a good dinner also.
