Hi everyone, I've discovered daily 10 to 20 minute walks works wonders for healthy energy as I start my home office work day in the mornings. I'm working on Yoga once a week. And am starting to use resistance bands for muscle strength and stretches. I'm working on a weight management effort.
8:45am to 9:05 am, I went for a 20 minute walk today, and feel great!
12:45am to 1:05pm, I am going to use the resistance bands and do some strength training exercises at home, for 20 to 25 minutes
4:45pm to 5:05pm, I am going to do yoga, meditation stretching for 20 to 25 minutes

First, I hope you take proper precautions to keep yourself well. Next, please remember to wash your hands with soap and water and use sanitizers regularly. Follow CDC and WHO guidelines regarding keeping meetings to a minimum. Other than that, well, maybe it's time to bring out those family board games or get a start on spring cleaning. Hi everyone, I am trying to decide if I'm going have less coffee daily and incorporate more
water, green tea, regular tea, etc., however, I love my coffee, especially it's a must have first thing in the morning. I have noticed however, how important staying hydrated is and have resumed carrying around water bottle like I used to, only to discover that I wasn't having as much as I used to. So more fruits, veggies and water, tea for the week is my plan, and then I'll let you know if anything good happens. Don't worry, I'll still keep one cup of coffee for the morning! Hi everyone, I used to enjoy cooking more elaborately, however, this is a good return to the effort of cooking at home, very simplified. I poured some penne pasta into a can of cream of mushroom soup. While that was cooking for 7 to 10 minutes on the stove top, I had carrots with hummus and some cheese crackers, with a quarter glass of red wine. Very yummy. Hope you had a good dinner also.
Hi everyone, sometimes, it's nice to dress up, and wear some make up before heading out. however, I don't usually wear a lot of makeup even though, I actually love make up and to dress up sometimes. I just have to carve out the time for that! It's important on some level because I just feel better because self care is just as important as caring for others. therefore, I'm starting on a new endeavor! I'm going to purchase some simple make up items, and scented soaps, put a label, and resell them for a good cause, both for promoting, self esteem, self care, and the fun of dress up! I'm still working on the details but hopefully in 6 weeks or so, I'll be ready to share more information with you! Hope you have a lovely day!
Sometimes, a manicure, or a polish change is all you need, at least until you realize good company is nice also, thankful to this salon and to people that were nice to me this year!
This salon was great. I actually only got a polish change on my hands and they were awesome! I got an express pedicure as well, and the entire expense for both was actually just $34. So thankful.
