Hope you have a healthy day!
Hi everyone, I am taking another two weeks to get organized with all my work, health, and activity plans... I have now invested in a daily planner from At-a-glance which totally works with my twelve hours days! I realized my life was like this last Fall, and am thankful to have a place to write down notes before I go to sleep or when I first wake up that I can place a check mark next to when completed. The result is a feeling of accomplishment that motivates me to keep going...and yet find time to take rest or time for lesiure as well...That said, I recommend signing up for activities that are feasible to keep up with, once you find spaces of time to allot to the priorities of your life!
For me this includes, starting to cook more, walking, talking, reading, working, and etc.
And a website that I like for implementing activity plans is
Feel free to check that out for activities in your local places.
I'll write more on the January 18, 2019...
~ Thank you and hope you have a lovely day!
I started the new year with decluttering by getting large plastic boxes and finally going to a local donation venue to give away clothes and items that were in good condition however that I could no longer use in spite of my progress in losing weight, last year, a net value of 20 pounds! Still, just can't wear the same jeans I wore in college or just after I had graduated. Yet before my weight gain occurred during the last two years of graduate school, 2016 to 2018, occasionally life could works its magic and I could get into dresses from ten years prior, go figure, so I kept those as a reminder and will start budgeting to go shopping eventually in the spring. The effect was a more organized closet space and a healthier mental energy from the process.
My recommendation is to try to declutter one room a day until everything is organized again and to give away extra items. Find your local donation venue, like goodwill for example:
Here's a really great guide for decluttering your space if you'd like to, from the link below:
~ Hope you have fun getting organized!
